NOCN Level 1 Award in Creative Skills Development
The NOCN Level 1 Award in Creative Skills Development is suitable for a wide range of people who wish to begin to explore and develop their creative potential through creative craft activity.
This includes:
- Learners who participate in creative skills practice and learners who have an interest in creative skills practice.
- Learners who wish to progress their creative skills potential and who would like formal recognition for this.
- Learners for whom traditional learning routes may not have been effective.
- Learners who may not have had the opportunity to engage in formal creative skills practice thus far.
- Young people and adults.
This is a first step qualification and provides a platform for progression to Level 2 qualifications and further learning.
The NOCN Level 1 Award in Creative Skills Development is designed to allow the widest possible access to learners. There are no specific restrictions to candidate entry.
